Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
