Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Field Staffing places workers with employers around Columbus. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
