Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
