Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
