Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
