Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
