Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Stone Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
