Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Raleigh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
