Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen North Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
