Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Pike Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
