Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in El Paso, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
