Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Union Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
