Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
