Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
