Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
