Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Redstone Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
