Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Linden Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
