Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath West Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
