Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wilder Property Management Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
