Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Tulsa serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
