Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Legal Group is a Fort Worth practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
