Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Rook Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
