Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Technologies is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 430 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
