Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Iron Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
