Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 447 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
