Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Environmental Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
