Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Nest Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
