Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Colorado Springs with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
