Recruiter - technical hiring (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meridian Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
