Recruiter - technical hiring (Providence, RI)

Bright Meadow Markets Group is a Providence retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
