Recruiter - technical hiring (Providence, RI)

Ironwood West Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Providence serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Providence. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
