Recruiter - technical hiring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Facilities Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Portland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
