Recruiter - technical hiring (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Quarry Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Portland. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
