Recruiter - technical hiring (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
