Recruiter - technical hiring (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Portland. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 818 people based in Portland. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
