Recruiter - technical hiring (Pittsburgh, PA)

Fernwood Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Pittsburgh, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
