Recruiter - technical hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone River Markets Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
