Recruiter - technical hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
