Recruiter - technical hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Bright Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
