Recruiter - technical hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
