Recruiter - technical hiring (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Linden Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
