Recruiter - technical hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Financial and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
