Recruiter - technical hiring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cobalt Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
