Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
