Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
