Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
