Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Umber Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
