Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Beacon Staffing is a Omaha staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
