Recruiter - technical hiring (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Omaha. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
