Recruiter - technical hiring (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
